organization, please consider joining us. Members of
Hospice Network of Maryland receive a number of
valuable benefits. Network meetings, conferences
and training opportunities provide vital education
to hospice professionals, and an opportunity to
network with colleagues. Our weekly electronic
newsletter keeps members abreast of current events
and issues impacting hospice care in Maryland and
throughout the nation. The Network provides
legislative awareness and representation on
end-of-life issues at the state and federal level.
The Network continues to cultivate important state
and national contacts to assist members with
problems, concerns and inquiries.
The Hospice Network of Maryland offers the following
membership categories (to sign up for membership or
get added to our mailing list to receive future
publications and notice of hospice-related events

PROVIDER:
A provider member is a licensed Maryland
hospice organization. Dues are variable
depending on size and number of patients
served

AFFILIATE PROVIDER
(Annual dues $500): An Affiliate Provider is
any hospice organization licensed by a state
other than Maryland. |

3) |
ASSOCIATE
(Annual dues $250): An associate member is
any organization other than a licensed
hospice, which is interested in or
supportive of hospice care.

INDIVIDUAL
(Annual dues $75): An individual member is
any person interested in hospice care.
