Please join us for our 2017 Annual Conference that features a variety of continuing education and professional development. This year we are delighted to have Edo Banach JD, President & CEO of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) as our Keynote Speaker. In addition, national speaker Rev. Carla Cheatham will present our morning Plenary Session followed by breakout sessions for all end-of-life care professionals.

Continuing Education Credits
A total of 5 credits of continuing education credits are available for nurses and social workers (Category I).

Certificates will be distributed to attendees who are registered for the 2017 Annual Conference, sign the session attendance sheet, stay for the entire session, and turn in an evaluation form at the conclusion of each session.

Conference Cancellation Policy
If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same organization. You may also apply the credit to a different HPCNM event.

Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or to another event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

a.       Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.

b.       Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.

c.       Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
