Welcome to The Hospice & Palliative Care Network of Maryland (HPCNM). Our mission is to walk alongside the community caring for those living with life-limiting illnesses. Empowering palliative care and hospice services, together we deliver comfort, resources and dignity to families during a poignant time – at the end-of-life.
As a private, non-profit, 501 ©(3) corporation, each day we work on behalf of our member organizations. We promote awareness, create dialogue, connect resources, provide continued professional training, and lend a collective voice to the legislative process.
Contact us today and join our network as together, we offer Maryland families comfort, dignity and peace.
