colleagues. Our bi-weekly electronic
newsletter keeps members abreast of
current events and issues impacting
hospice care in Maryland and
throughout the nation. The Network
provides legislative awareness and
representation on end-of-life issues
at the state and federal level. The
Network continues to cultivate
important state and national
contacts to assist members with
regulatory problems, concerns and inquiries.

PROVIDER:
A provider member is a
licensed Maryland hospice
organization. Dues are
variable depending on the number of patients
served.

AFFILIATE
PROVIDER:
(Annual dues $650)
An affiliate provider member
shall be an organization licensed
as a hospice by a state
other then Maryland which
does not also operate as a
provider either directly or
through an affiliate in
Maryland.

ASSOCIATE
(Annual dues $325): An
associate member is any
organization other than a
licensed hospice, which is
interested in or supportive
of hospice care.

INDIVIDUAL
(Annual dues $75): An
individual member is any
person interested in hospice
care, not otherwise
affiliated with a Maryland
hospice or Affiliate or
Associate member.
